Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with a stock piece you have received, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you store credit equal to the price of the item at the time it was purchased.
If breakage or loss of gemstones occurs due to wear and tear, we will happily repair and replace, HOWEVER, the repair, delivery and shipping costs are at the client’s expense.
If a product breaks within 10 days of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair it for FREE.
If for any reason you change your mind on the design of a custom piece after receiving the finished item, we will happily redesign and remake if for you at an additional cost.
All products are returnable, excluding:

- Products Bought On Sale
- Earrings (Hygienic Reasons)
- Custom-Made Jewellery (Personalised Pieces): bespoke or custom pieces cannot be returned or exchange. On all Custom-made jewellery we offer a FREE cleaning service FOREVER!!! This way we can also inspect the item to make sure everything is still in good condition.
How to return:
Get in contact with us if you are unhappy in any way.
Send us your proof of purchase, along with the original SKU code.
Use the original undamaged packaging that you received the jewellery in. Book the courier and send us the waybill (tracking number)
